Received CC-885 error for new account added.

Options
The account is not available in the choices of institutions - I manually created account (Roth 401K). Logged into bank, downloaded QFX transaction file, but upload throws the CC-885 error.

I am a Quicken Mac 2020 Deluxe membership customer for a few years now.

I am testing that I can upload the translations with a manual upload process rather than my current manually entering in each transaction monthly.

Please Help!
