Received CC-885 error for new account added.

The account is not available in the choices of institutions - I manually created account (Roth 401K). Logged into bank, downloaded QFX transaction file, but upload throws the CC-885 error.
I am a Quicken Mac 2020 Deluxe membership customer for a few years now.
I am testing that I can upload the translations with a manual upload process rather than my current manually entering in each transaction monthly.
Please Help!

It isn't showing in the list of available choices for the same reason it throws the cc-885 error: The bank (financial institution) doesn't support the Quicken for Mac client, so your QFX is rejected.
You will have to manually enter the transactions (as in type them in) as transaction import is blocked.5
