can't access USBank for weeks

My last successful download from USBank was 4/3/20. So this predates the government checks which have overloaded the banks. I have updated the login info on Quicken. I am able to connect to USBank directly. I also restarted Quicken and even rebooted my Mac. So out of ideas of what else to try.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
