reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I was checking on that order and see that it was placed through our website. Like NotACPA said, if you did purchase from the website then there's no activation code needed. Could you double check that the order you recently placed and your current quicken subscription are on the same email? If you open quicken across the top click on help -> About quicken. This will tell you your current email and then the order should have an email that it was sent to.
