Quicken Starter free for a year through purchase of Turbo Tax 2019?

I was supposed to get Quicken Starter free for a year through my purchase of Turbo Tax 2019. I am already a Quicken Starter user. But when I clicked on the redeem link, Quicken charged me $34.99. What do I do please? Thank you.
