receive error message: "Accounts does not exist" when transferring money to an existing account

One of my existing accounts is unable to be seen when transferring money and recevie error stating account does not exist. The account is listed in the account list. Also all transactions in this account are noted as uncategorized.

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
