Whwn I try to sign in to http://quicken.intuit.com/go/qw12/login I get an error message. It doesn't load.

That's the wrong web-site. Intuit no longer owns Quicken.

Intuit sold Quicken many years ago. Why are you attempting to sign in to Intuit's deprecated web site using an obsolete URL?
