Still Can not add Chase account.

The add account screen finds the account, but it says: "ignore" and can not be changed

    Hello @hscheingold,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    If you haven't already, I suggest creating a copy of your file and trying to add the account in the copied file to see if it will work or if the issue persists. To do so, please follow the steps below.
    1. Go to File
    2. Save a copy as...
    3. Name the copied file and click Save
    4. Click Yes to open the copied file
    5. Click Yes to close the current file
    Once the copied file has opened, try adding the account again.

    Same problem with copied account - still says ignore. Also tried validate file -still no luck. What next?

    Thank you for the update.

    Have you tried Super Validate? Same steps as a normal validate, except that you will hold Ctrl and Shift on your keyboard while clicking on Validate and Repair. You should then receive the option to choose Super validate file.

    No go. Super validate found no errors. still cannot add Chase card

    In that case, I would suggest you reach out to Quicken Support via chat or phone so they can collect and review your logs as there may be an internal server error causing this.

    The issue may require our support team to file for an escalation.

    Yes - it was already there way down at the bottom of the account list.
