I found that QWin R23.20 clobbered my check printing settings. All my carefully set alignment values were zero, and my paper tray setting reverted from Tray 2 to Automatic. I had to set everything manually to get a proper check printed. Which isn't easy when I hadn't written down the various alignment values.

Same issue here. I've update every three years for a long time without issue. This update wipe out the alignment as you stated - I also could not find where I might have written it.
Now, I have written on a sample printout, in a red sharpie, the alignments, check type, font size, etc. This is stored with my checks. Live & learn.
Perhaps, we could save a Quicken configuration file as quite a few software programs do.I'm a Quicken user since 1990.0
