How do I add a GRA retirement account to Quicken?

My wife has a TIAA-CREF GRA retirement account through SUNY and I can't figure out how to add it into Quicken. Help?

    I got it to work by creating a 403(b) account and using TIAA as the bank. TIAA-CREF didn't work. All good now. Thanks.

    Why would it be any different than any other retirement account?
    The fund that the account holds is GRA, but the account is just a Q retirement account.
    BTW, my wife has one also.

    Hi @robbyberman27,

    I believe that some TIAA-CREF accounts allow Quicken downloads - have you attempted to set-up the account for downloading?  The process would be similar to setting up a bank account for download.

    If you haven't attempted it yet the first step is to add an account under "Investing & Retirement" in Quicken.  You need to enter the basic information about the account in Quicken and "connect" the account to TIAA.  You'll must have the log-in information that your wife currently uses to access her account(s) on-line.
