Unable to Download CitiBank Double Cash data

Using Mac OS 10.15.5 with Quicken Premier 2020 5.16.1. Yesterday I was unable to D/L Citi COSTCO CC. With assist with Quicken support discovered that the name in the Search box now must be COSTCO, not Citi Card. That correction enabled me to reestablish my COSTCO download. Today, unable to download CitiCard Double Cash with either Quicken Connect or Direct Connect. There's a message from Citi Bank in Quicken: "We've recently updated our online banking experience. To continue using this app, you'll need to relink the app to your Citi account. You can complete this at https://citi.com/datamanagement. As a reminder, only credit card accounts can be linked."

This suggestion does not help. Note: I can log into my account at Citi Bank via their Web pages. CitiBank seems intent on breaking their downloads.

I am now getting Download Error 15500 "The user cannot sign on because the user ID or password is invalid" when trying to Direct Connect to Citi Cards (2 accounts). UserID and password have not been changes and work successfully on the Citi website. Hopefully just a weekend glitch.
