How do I get all bank transactions year-to-date?

New to Quicken! My bank account connected fine but I only see transactions April 1, 2020 to present. Is there a way to get the transactions from January 1 - March 31 or do I have to enter those manually??

You are indeed limited to what history your bank presents. While there are possible workarounds to import more history, it might be easier to manually enter the missing transactions. That isn't hard.
Your opening balance adjustment should auto-adjust as you add in the older transactions so that your balance remains correct.5 -
