Online Center - Contact Info OL 231 OL 232

I was given instructions on how to refresh branding and Statement Refresh. Now the Statement Refresh has been changed to Statement Download. What does this do? Should I use it when I get the ol 231 or ol 232 error as I have done in the past?

Here is the information on these errors and "refresh".  Notice though that you aren't refreshing the statement, you are refreshing the information Quicken has about how to contact your financial institution.  Normally this happens automatically, but if the information just changed this might be needed.

Hi, Chris. Please see the attached screen shot. I was told to try the financial institution branding and profile and statement refresh on this screen (Control+Shift+Contact Info) in addition to the refresh of just the financial institution. However now instead of statement Refresh it says Statement Download.

    What is Statement Download?

Should I check it as well as Fin. Inst. Refresh?

    Thanks.

Select this one and then Refresh,

    And then

And BTW on Windows if you click on the Start button and type Snipping Tool that will give a tool to take screenshots of your Desktop.

Make sure you select the correct account in the pull down menu before selecting Refresh.

Thanks for all your help. I am curious what the Statement Download option is but I will ask Quicken directly.
