No data after a restore?

I just renewed my Windows subscription on a new Windows computer.
I did a restore of my most recent backup from the prior Windows computer. No errors, but no data.

Am I doing something wrong?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is odd it would give you a blank file. Your main file should still be stored somewhere on your computer. The general location for windows storage is Documents > Quicken. Here you would find files and also backups unless you've previously moved them. I would take a look in here.

    Another thing to try to locate the correct files would be to go up across the top to file -> Find Quicken Files. This will let you select the drive that you would like to search and show any corresponding quicken data. From there it should show you the most recent files and one that should match your file name.
