RESOLVED 7/12/20: NEW 6/30/20 Comenity Branded Accounts return OL-221 Error

We are investigating reports of Users receiving a OL-221 error when attempting to add/update accounts with any Comenity Branded credit card account, such as My BJ's Perks Mastercard.
We have escalated this error with our service providers and are working to restore connections as quickly as possible.
