I have "Oops" problems all day today.

I can open the new Quicken version on 1 desktop, but cannot do so with 2 different laptops. Also, it is necessary to open the application by logging on first, followed by my own regular password. I find this maddening. Tell me how to get rid of this unwanted and unnecessary (for me) new requirement.

    Hello @LouH

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

I have a few questions to help me better understand what could be happening.

First, can you please navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are currently running?

Next, as you mention opening Quicken on several different computers, where is the data file being stored? Is the file in a cloud drive to be accessed from multiple places?

The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.

    Thank you,

    -Quicken Tyka
