'N/A' instead of account name

When I open Quicken now, I see an 'N/A' in the account register instead of the account name 'Chase Visa'. How do I fix that? Thanks in advance.

That appears to be an indication of a damaged data file.

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

    Still not working?

Let's start with some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.

Thanks for your help. I did rebuild the file and then used the Edit Account Details function to replace the account name.
