Quotes and one step update failure

Yesterday, Quicken stopped connecting for downloads and one step update.

I now get this message:
"Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least ten minutes, then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience."

One Step Updated completed successfully at 1451 PDT. A second update at around 1600PDT resulted in the Quicken sign-in dialog box appearing and Quicken failed to respond to password entry.

I have quit, rebooted, but no luck since then.
