RMD age change

Its hard to say how the Quicken product team has prioritized this change to Lifetime Planner.   FWIW, here is an existing "idea" thread you can vote on to make this change:  https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7865450/update-lifetime-planner-to-reflect-changes-to-ira-handling-due-to-secure-act

Honestly, IMO, it should not require an Idea thread to push this along....but instead, the Quicken team should be in-front of these kinds of tax law changes that impact existing functionality.
