SDCCU won't link with quicken

San Diego county cruder union won't link with quicken. It's definitely my bank but the back says it's quicken. When I export a file to quicken, I get an error message.

    What type of account are you trying to connect ... because the credit union and ii's credit card have different "financial institution" names in Q.
