I have two different sign-ins at the same bank and cannot update both.

I can update one of the account sign-ins, but not the other. I can't add the second sign-in to the update list even though each of the accounts under that sign-in have been setup and connected. Is this a problem with the particular bank or am I missing something when I try to set it up?

    Additionally, I cannot add one of my other banks to the update list even though it is also connected.

    Please explain WHY you have two login IDs.  Does the ownership of the accounts differ ... because my wife & I both have login ID's at US Bank and at Fidelity Investments, and there's no problem with connecting both to Q.
    Also, to further understand your issue: What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product. Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
    And, what bank (as it's known in Q).

    My wife and I have different logins for our separate accounts at Guilford Savings Bank (we can both access our joint account). Her other accounts that will not update are at Community Bank NA.

    We have separate logins for Capital One and those update correctly.

    Both of the above banks have upgraded their websites this year and look similar. Also cannot find a link to do a manual download from their sites.

    Are these personal accounts ... or business?  Because Guilford seems to have 2 different "bank names" depending upon the type of account.
