R25,21 will not accept same banking PW as I use online banking

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize it's been quite a while without a response. I just have a couple questions. Are you having issues with both the desktop application and the mobile application? Do you use the password vault? If so did you change it there? You could try seeing resetting the account could potentially work. Right click on the account. Select edit/delete Account. At the top of the popup select online services. Once here you should see a button on the right side that will say reset account.
I would also recommend looking at our support article here for more information on which symbols quicken accepts for banking passwords
