  Actually, no. Support won't help you because the Quicken US version 2017 support was terminated as of 4/30/2020. See the Quicken Discontinuation Policy  https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-discontinuation-policy

  Since Quicken 2017 and Quicken Subscription Programs use the same Data Format, you can upgrade to Quicken Premier Subscription program that includes Premium Support for free. This would be the cheapest route to speak to a Human Being.
