Can't download from Dish

For about the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to download a bill from Dish. I have a current bill available but Quicken can't seem to find it. The error is your biller's website is not accessible. However I can log on the the Dish website and view my bill. Any idea when this may be fixed?

It started when I updated Quicken 2020 to ver 27.28 and now I am on 28.10.
