I have 3 accounts that are being transferred into another existing account - consolidation of all information. How do I do this in QFM?

You haven't really indicated what is happening in the real world. What is happening there might give you a better idea of how to proceed.
@RickO's suggestion will move all the transactions together for cash accounts. That was my initial thought, but I don't know if you want to do that. Your running balance will now be mucked up. So proceed with caution.
If cash accounts, it might be better to create a new account representing the consolidated one, and create transfer cash balance transactions to move the current balance over from older to that. (You certainly wouldn't want your older transactions in that account.) That way, your old accounts/balances are correct. And new transactions will be in that moving forward.
If investment accounts, there is the Transfer feature for securities that you can use to move them to the new account. If this is the case, please advise.

You can drag and drop a selected group of transactions from one account register to the another account in the sidebar. This moves them. For investment accounts, this only is available for transactions of type payment/deposit.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0

In this case, as John points out above, you should use the securities transfer feature. To use this feature, go to one of the old account's registers and create a new transaction. For the transaction Type, select Transfer Shares. In this pane, you can select "All Securities". This will transfer all securities from the old account to the new account. It will do so by created a series of Remove Shares transactions in the old account and Add Shares transactions in the new account. You can also do this one security at a time, but you will need to enter the correct number of shares for each such transaction.
Once the old account has been "cleaned out", you can use menu Accounts > Hide & Show Accounts to hide the old account. You will probably want to do that (rather than delete it) so that its history remains available in reports and in its register.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s1
