Partial Download (-28)

Hello. I have multiple US Bank accounts setup for Quicken Connect. Over a week ago one account stopped updating "Partial Download (-28)". I've tried the recommended troubleshooting, Deactivate Download, Setup again. I've tried multiple times over the past week with the same effect, all other US Bank accounts update but not this one. I checked with US Bank, they say no problem with my account or with their service. Then they had me follow the same troubleshooting, same effect.

Any ideas?

    In general, those partial download errors resolves themselves-either upon another update, or waiting a day, and refreshing again. But, you are past that.

    At this point, it might be best to contact official Quicken support and have them walk you through deactivating all your US Bank accounts/resetting Cloud data to get this working. They have more tools and the ability to see your screen while you work through the process. I think that would be better than a fellow user suggesting to "try this or try that." Good luck!
