A recent change to the configuration of a data feed Quicken uses for mutual fund prices resulted in Quicken receiving a delayed mutual fund price feed that updated after midnight EST (previously mutual fund prices were updated at the end of the trading day EST).
We began investigating this issue as a bug when it was brought to our attention by customers. However, the external team working on the issue was not aware of the configuration change of the data feed, which resulted in a delay in resolution.
We are now working with our data provider to revert the configuration change and restore the end of day mutual fund quotes; we do not yet have an exact ETA, but we are expecting a fix sometime next week.
We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this delayed pricing may have caused. We are improving communication between our data providers and internal teams to avoid resolution delays like this in the future.
