Mutual fund quotes are not updating, going on since few days and still not resolved. This also happens when I look at the quote on quicken online quote server, other threads on this topic show that the issue is closed and resolved but I am still having issues.
I am on quicken for windows with latest release Version R28.18
I'm having the same problem and it has been going on for several days. Running Version r28.18. This is a new problem, not the problem that was claimed to be solved back a week or two.
Mutual fund quotes have not been updating for several days, at least not on the same day. It looks like maybe they are updated a day later. That is, I have yesterdays prices now, (but didn't have them yesterday!) but do not have today's yet, at 11:50 pm.
Yes, I am acknowledging that the problem does not appear to be with the Quicken program itself but with the multiple ways quotes are supplied. Seems to be either delays or improper prices reported.
I did updates around 11:30 PM ET and the right quotes came thru.

As mentioned here, this issue has been re-escalated to our service partners who are continuing to investigate.
At this time we have not received a resolution or ETA on when a solution will be available, but the teams are hard at work to restore updates as quickly as possible.

We've received an update from the Teams investigating the delay of Mutual Fund Quotes:
What happened:
A recent change to the configuration of a data feed Quicken uses for mutual fund prices resulted in Quicken receiving a delayed mutual fund price feed that updated after midnight EST (previously mutual fund prices were updated at the end of the trading day EST).
We began investigating this issue as a bug when it was brought to our attention by customers. However, the external team working on the issue was not aware of the configuration change of the data feed, which resulted in a delay in resolution.
We are now working with our data provider to revert the configuration change and restore the end of day mutual fund quotes; we do not yet have an exact ETA, but we are expecting a fix sometime next week.
We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this delayed pricing may have caused. We are improving communication between our data providers and internal teams to avoid resolution delays like this in the future.
