Splits in Memorized Transactions Disappearing

I'm having a very strange problem. Periodically, all of my split memorized transactions revert to either Payments or Deposits ( this happens with paychecks) without any reason. I'm using Quicken on Windows 2020, R27.1.28.18. Any ideas? I have done validate and repair, and super validate, but that mess things up so that I had to revert.
