Barclay Biller Issue

    I just had another issue with Barclay bank. I have been making this payment for months and today I got a message that the payment could not be made. the error stated that my bank account had to be validated on the Barclay card website? I have already verified my bank on the Quicken bill manager. What is going on? This is the second payment that failed. the first was to Costco Citibank card and that failure cost almost $50 in fees.
