Negative Project Balance Graph

I cannot figure out why my project balance graph is negative by 12k. All reminders are updated and correct, including bills and income. But I am starting out 12k negative. I used the chat help and they sent me links that I went through and nothing is fixed. It is almost like there is unseen old bills I can't ignore.

As a troubleshoot method the first thing I would do is select only one account to determine where the problem is. Once you know that I would look at the register and see if it has a negative balance for today. If it doesn't then clearly there is a bug in Quicken. I believe I have seen another person report a similar problem.
Another troubleshooting step would be to apply the Mondo patch install manually from here:
https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
If that still doesn't fix it you can try an older Mondo install from here:
