Need to run make online payment twice

When I click 'make online payment' it says need password for fifth 3rd bank. I close the window and check the password vault and it is there and correct.
I went back and clicked make an online payment and it worked.
I have made 2 online payments since the latest Quicken fix re credit card payments.
Both times it displayed this password needed message and both times closing that error and rerunning 'make online payment' it sent without me updating password.

    Also, please clarify where you are sending the payment from. Is this from the register, the online center, or the bills, and the income tab?
