Corrupt Data for Only One Month

The data for October 2020 includes data from 2018 and beyond. The data for the other months have the correct dates, but incorrect numbers and most entries are marked as Overdue. The backup file is also corrupt for those months.
Any ideas?

@Gaylord You've definitely opened a very outdated data file from what you're saying.
To restore the files from the recycle bin, just select the ones you want and click restore.
I have learned my own lessons from being too delete happy. For this type of cleanup I would recommend just moving the files to another folder for a while, until you're absolutely certain they can be deleted.Quicken 2017 Premier - Windows 10 Pro5

I deleted what I thought were very old Qdata files (have used Quicken almost 20 yrs) Now Quicken comes up with crazy data: bills are a long list in red showing everything unpaid. When I open my bank it has multiples of 1 monthly entry, a mortgage payment that was paid off several years ago. Other accounts show nothing after 2018.
I found the recent files in the Recycle Bin but don't know how to get them back into Quicken.
