Why aren't Zelle transactions downloading?

Whenever I updated and refresh my accounts, Im noticing that Zelle transactions never download. I am having to enter them manually. What is the fix for this? (MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.6)

What bank are we talking about? Once the One Step Update completes, do you get any sort of error message? If so, exactly what does the error message say, please?
From Quicken's standpoint, it wouldn't know the difference between them.

Correct, they aren't downloading at all. Not even days later.

Yes, transactions from the same date all download just fine. Zelle wont download at all.
