ONGOING 2/3/2021 PNC Returns CC-502/102 Error

We are receiving reports of Quicken Users receiving a CC-502 or 102 error when attempting to add/update accounts with PNC Bank using the Express Web Connect method.
We have opened an escalation with our service providers and are working with them to resolve this error as quickly as possible.
If an error is received, please allow up to 24 hrs before adding/updating accounts with PNC Bank once more.

We have received notice that PNC Bank in addition to the CC-502/102 error is now additionally giving error code OL-292-B for Direct Connect connected accounts.
Our teams are continuing to work with our service providers and PNC Bank to resolve this error as quickly as possible, however, there is not an ETA currently on when connections will be restored.

Our Team is continuing to work with PNC Bank and our service providers and at this time there is not an ETA on when connections will be restored.
Some Users have reported that deactivating and reactivating their PNC Accounts, following the steps available here and here, has resolved the errors for them.
However, at this time, our escalation with the financial institution and service providers is still open and on-going.

We have received confirmation that the OL-292-B error has been resolved, Users connecting with Direct Connect should now be able to add/update accounts as expected.
For Users connecting with the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect method, our teams are continuing to investigate the ongoing CC-502/102 errors.
Some Users have reported that deactivating every connected PNC account in the data file and then reactivating through the Add Account flow has resolved this error for them.
Windows Users, go to the Tools menu > Add Account option.
Mac Users, go to the Accounts > New option.
If errors persist, please contact Quicken Support for additional troubleshooting assistance.

While some users have reported that deactivating every connected PNC account in the data file and then reactivating through the Add Account flow has resolved this error for them, there are also some users that are still reporting receiving an error and our teams are continuing to investigate.
