Hi, We are a small property management, rental and estate agent in Spain, have been using H&B 2014 in Spain for 6 yrs, need to update, does the new version have Euros, can I manually input data and keep in my computer, converting all data from old to new is easy? I do not need cloud accounts at the moment.

You are on the best version for manual needs. No Euro function has been added to the latest subscription version. Yes you can update with your existing version to subscription.
Why do you think you need to update?

Foreign Currency support has been available in all Quicken for Windows versions since 2004. Before then and during upgrade to 2004, all accounts were assumed to be US$.
You may have to enable "Multi - currency support" in Edit / Preferences / Calendar and Currency to be able to add new accounts in any world currency, not just US$.
You can also set a "Home Currency" as the basis for all reports and views in Tools / Currency List.You cannot change the currency of an existing account register, if it was created with the wrong currency.If you need to reinstall Q 2014 on a new Windows 10 computer, you can do so, if you still have the original Q 2014 CD or a saved downloaded product installation file. You also need to download and install the Release 10 Mondo patch file to update your Q 2014 software to the highest available bug fix patch level: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quicken-2014-patches.htmlIf you decide to upgrade to the latest Quicken 2020 (Subscription) level, purchase the Home, Business and Rental Property Mgmt edition from a reputable Internet retailer or directly from quicken.com. Download and install the software. After installation you can directly open your latest Q 2014 data file (or restore a backup file taken on the old computer to your new computer's \Documents\Quicken folder).

You can update, but you will pay annually for features you do not use. If you cannot find the CD, an alternative would be to buy off ebay or such. user since '92 | Quicken Windows Premier - Subscription | Windows 10 Pro version 20H25

I think my version or the laptop is slowing down and I think I am unable to transfer to a new computer? I am looking for my original CD, if not able to find and use it sounds like I can update?
