Trying Add Account -> Connected Account and get "Quicken's online service is unavailable at this time." ?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I believe here that quicken may think you're not signed into the program. In this case lets try something out here first to see if we're able to get back up and running. We should just need to sign out and back in.
- Go to Edit
- Preferences
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)
