How to download - Mastercard pre-paid debit card issued through Fifth Third Bank

I added a new pre-paid debit card account to my Quicken, but when I try to download transactions, it only recognizes my regular checking and savings accounts. Is it possible to fix that so all accounts will download?

    Version - not sure, subscription, installed 2019 for two year renewal - Properties says version 27.1.30.10
    The card is an Access 360 Mastercard debit through Fifth Third Bank

    Are these accounts also at Fifth Third bank ?
    When you log into the Fifth Third online website,
    is that where you can see your pre-paid debit card,
    along with your other normal checking/savings accounts ?

    Yes, they are all at the same bank and are all visible on the bank's online banking site. I am able to transfer funds between all 3 accounts. Bank customer service wasn't sure why it couldn't see the pre-paid debit, but thought maybe because it was a pre-paid card. They suggested calling quicken customer service, but saw this option and thought I'd give it a shot.
