quicken just closed

Today starting this problem.. just closed like a reset... and I need to reopen again and again.
I suspect is online biller ... I was trying to disconnect because doesn't work and now happen this.. omg this year ....

    Try to restore a backup

    Open Quicken while holding Shift key to avoid your damaged file opening.

    Quicken closes every time I try to open a specific account. What is going on?

    After chat with support the problem disappear... just I need to remark that other file was open ... (copy). Never saw what happened. Support did a valid file and repair... disconnect my dropoff and antivirus and them a copy of my files and work...

    and I disconnected online billers.... is not the 1rst time that this have a problem...for the moment I not use.. I guess is a good tools to keep it .. but doesn't work.
