Deleting online bank transaction

I submitted a payment in my Bank of America account, and upon syncing it showed up correctly in Quicken. Subsequently, I deleted it at Bank of America, but when doing an update in Quicken it still shows up. I did the cancel payment option in quicken, but when I update to it says that transaction has already been canceled at B of A, but it still shows up in the registry and won't let me delete the transaction in Quicken. How do i delete it?
