Why can't I get all transactions on mobile?

I need to get transactions from the 1990's on mobile for credit card accounts. I need everything on mobile that I have on my PC. I bought this new product because I had to in order to get the moble.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. The Quicken Mobile App will sync back to May 1st, 2017. Transactions before that date will not appear in the app as stated on the article down below under the why are my transactions not syncing tab. I do apologize for an inconvenience this has caused you.

    Do you need to see the actual transactions in Quicken?  Maybe you can make a report and save it as a pdf or export it to excel and put it on your device to look at.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
