Schwab Investment Transaction Downloads

Hi, is anyone having an issue with downloading investment activity into Quicken accounts? Our sync was good through 12/30/20. Some investment activity from 12/31/20, mainly advisory fees, will not load into Quicken.

    First, could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, did you receive any error code(s) and/or message(s) that you could provide us with when attempting to download transactions?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out. Version is R30.19. Have not received any error codes, the one step update process completes, the only transactions not updating in Quicken are the Q4 advisory fees. Thanks.
