I bought a new version of Quicken 10 days ago . I still have not received it. Why?

    What version were you using?  Win -- Help->About Quicken  or Mac -- Quicken->About Quicken
    Did you buy from Quicken.com?
    Provide that information and maybe someone can help you.

  • Quicken PC. I bought it online from Quicken. You already changed my anniversary date to 1-5 2022

    Correction, Quicken changed your anniversary date, we, just other users on this forum, had nothing to do with that action.
    I'll ask again, what does Help->About Quicken show?  If it shows the 1/5/2022 date, you are finished.  Anything that comes in the mail is unneeded.  As long as your subscription is valid and you install the updates of the software as Quicken releases them, your software will be up-to-date.
