I recently became Treasurer for a small non profit. Can I run their activity on Quicken without merging with my personal data?

    You should create a separate data file for them (File > New). You can switch between the your personal file and the nonprofit's file with, for example, File > Open Recent...

    You may also want to go to menu Quicken > Preferences > General > Main Window and check Show File Name in Title Bar so that you can always see which file you're in at a glance.
