LoanDepot Real Estate Loan shows 0 Balance

On 1/20/2021 my Real Estate Loan with LoanDepot got paid off. I didn't pay it off and I can't find how this happened. I was wondering why I was getting a 501 error code with I did an update. It's been doing that for the past few days = since it got paid off. How do I reinstate this loan?

    Is this a manual loan ... or are you downloading into it?
    If you're downloading into it, only LoanDepot can fix this ... as they're the only ones who can post transactions (via download) into the account. PERHAPS, they sold the loan to someone else ... so THEIR balance is $0.
    If this is a manual loan, you should be able to go to the loan account register to figure out what happened on 1/20/21.
