RESOLVED 1/29/21 Delays or Errors When Using Online Services

Our teams are investigating reports of some Users experiencing delays in loading Quicken or performing some services such as, adding or updating accounts, running a One Step Update, mobile sync, launching budgets, scheduled transactions, renaming rules, etc.

Some customers have reported success by waiting for the loading to finish or closing and re-opening Quicken (task manager or force quit may be necessary).

If issues persist, please allow 2-4 hours and try once again.

    This issue has been resolved and Users should no longer experience delays opening Quicken or accessing services.
