Can't delete old Cloud dataset account - if not enabled for Cloud

Stumbled across an interesting situation.
Have two QDF files -
- Z8 - production with Sync turned OFF - because of all the problems.
- TESTER - with Sync turned ON - for playing around.
When uzing Z8 (Sync OFF) and you go to Edit --> Preferences --> Cloud Accounts ....
nothing is displayed, no list of the TWO accounts avail for access via the Mobile App and the Quicken on the Web feature... so you think that you have everything OFF - but it is NOT.
Opening the TESTER QDF file and looking at the Prefs --> Cloud Accounts -
you can see 2 are listed... both Z8 and TESTER.
So - in this case - since you can't delete the Cloud "dataset" for your open QDF - like TESTER - and when you have the Z8 QDF open - the Prefs --> Cloud Accounts is just blank.... you can't delete TESTER.
Problem is that the Prefs --> Cloud Accounts only appears to display info if Cloud ENABLED

I suggest you create a new Quicken file (select File > New Quicken File...) without any accounts andenable Sync in preferences so you may view and delete the cloud account associated with the TESTER and the Z8 Quicken file.
