you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here if we may need to try getting updated in the security list individually so it'll resync. To so this you can go across the top to tools > security list. Click on American funds and you should be able to update it.
Try updating and see if you're able to download an update to see if that's able to get it back up. If this doesn't work we'll see what we can try next to get the download working.
