UPDATED 2/23/21 One Step Update Delays Followed by CC-501 Error

We are investigating reports of Quicken for Windows users experiencing delays in the One Step Update completing, followed by a CC-501 error for Express Web Connect connected accounts.

Our teams are investigating this issue and recommend allowing 2-4 hours before attempting to add/update Express Web Connect connected accounts again.

    UPDATE 2/23/21

    This issue has stabilized and Users should no longer experience delays with the One Step Update completing or receive a CC-501 error for all Express Web Connect connected accounts.

    Our teams are continuing to investigate and are actively monitoring this ongoing situation.

    If you are receiving a CC-501 error for one or more financial institutions, please allow up to 24 hours and then attempt to add/update accounts once more.  If you have received this error for longer than 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support for assistance with advanced troubleshooting.
