Can't conect to BSI Financial for mortgage

BSI Financial comes up right away when I try to add account. I enter id and password and can't connect. Says it encountered an error that's not my fault.

This sort of error is explained hereand trying again later might correct that. If it doesn't come up in a day or two you might want to connect to Quicken support to see if they can figure out the problem.then scroll to bottom of the page.
