I tried the OL-220 proposed fix for the USAA Savings Bank problem and it forces me to create a new account for each account I have with USAA. The problem is that when the new account is created, I lose all my historical transactions. Not good. Are you all planning on a new release/fix for this sometime soon? I rely heavily on Quicken during tax season.
Having said that, however, I can not get either Quicken on the Web or, of course, the Quicken Mobile App to sync this account -- I keep trying but get the exclamation point or yellow circle for the web or mobile versions respectively. After sync'g with Quicken Windows, I do a low priority error:
"The referenced resource (parameter = id, id= 221477091145940224) has been deleted" Even after selecting Apply Now, I still get that error.
What do I need to do to get the Web & Mobile versions to sync this account again?
I'm having the same problem as moneytracker8. I was able to fix my connection to the new USAA FSB, but my deposits are coming into Quicken as payments. I'm accepting them and then correcting them manually, but this needs to be fixed.
